Current Mascara Favourites: L’Oreal and Benefit

Good morning all! 😀

As I have posted about before, mascara is one of my favourite makeup products and one that I could never live without. Even though I am constantly trying new mascaras, I have been very loyal to two mascaras in particular for the past four months:

1. Benefit’s They’re Real! Lengthening Mascara
2. L’Oreal Voluminous® Million Lashes™ Mascara

I have been layering both mascaras (side note: I have been very into layering products lately) for an effect that gives my lashes both length and volume while also making them appear thick and luscious.

I have noticed that the L’Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara gives me the thickness  and volume that I love while separating my lashes perfectly. On top of that, I layer one of my all time favourites Benefit’s They’re Real Lengthening Mascara which makes my lashes look super long and luscious to the point where I get asked at least once a day if my eyelashes are real or not.

Below is a picture of what my lashes look like with both mascaras layered. And I know- it looks like I just did a shit cropping job but I honestly do not look good in photos so this is the only picture where my eyes didn’t look insane (lol). BUT I do wish the length of my lashes on my right eye had not been cut off in my initial picture 😦
