Current Lipstick Obsession: MAC Creme Cup

Man is there anything more beautiful than the sight of a brand new, fresh out of the box lipstick? I mean, look at this beauty:

This, my friends, will be my shade for the spring and summer as it is the PERFECT natural pink for me. I found this little number after I became determined to find a pink lipstick that I could just throw on when I’m on the go and that will always look good no matter where I am or what I’m doing.

I know for me personally, that pink always looks best on me especially if it is more of a mauve-blush-pink. I used to wear Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick in the shade Born With It until I realized that the insane volume of glitter from it was getting all over myself, all of my belongings and my poor boyfriend who was not impressed by this whatsoever.

I knew a change had to be made so I ran (read: walked quickly) to the nearest MAC store and knew this was the shade for me the moment I saw it. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you: CREME CUP!

It is the most beautiful, dewy, pink that looks good with every single makeup look and every single outfit every single day. I like that I don’t have to immediately run to a mirror if I want to reapply it because it blends so seamlessly and easily upon application that I know it will look good.

Hell, I don’t even wear lip liner with it 90% of the time. It doesn’t dry out my lips and it doesn’t bleed in in the slightest. It is one of those heavenly sent lip products that makes your lips look like your lips but bigger, better and juicer.
