Favourite Drugstore Eye Cream

I feel like over the years I have tried endless amounts of eye creams in the hopes of finding one that will keep my eye area firm and plump while also acting as a preventative measure as I stumble through my 20s.

I have been using eye cream since I was 18 and I always find myself coming back to the L’Oreal Defense Eye Cream as a drugstore option. This little nugget is only $13.00 and is better than so many fancier eye creams then I have tried in the past.

As it states on the L’Oreal website, their Defense Eye Cream:

Reduces puffiness, lines and dark circles. Light-weight, non-greasy. Dermatologist and Ophthalmologist Tested.

Defend the delicate eye area against the first signs of aging. Eye Defense smoothes fine lines, reduces puffiness, and diminishes dark circles. This light, nongreasy gel-cream is designed for all skin types.

I remember first purchasing this because I liked that it was for the girl who was hoping to prevent “the first signs of aging” which was myself at 18 and still currently is. I apply this both morning and night and find that it really does help combat any puffiness or dark circles I may experience in the morning. I also like that if my eye area is feeling dry before I go to bed, that I can apply this eye cream and know I will wake up with zero dry skin around my eyes.

It is a super light weight cream that sinks into my skin really quickly. It has never given me any blemishes or any of those tiny, white bumps that you can sometimes get from heavier eye creams. And it also smells really good which is always a bonus 😀

If you are in the market for an eye cream and aren’t looking to spend a lot of money but still want to see really good results, I highly suggest you check this one out!
